New Wanapum Heritage Center
Under construction near Priest Rapids Dam, the new Wanapum Heritage Center will help future generations understand the importance of the natural resources of the Priest Rapids Project and the culture, traditions and beliefs of the Wanapum.
The new facility will include: Wanapum interpretive center (with permanent and temporary exhibition space), a repository and collection facility, an archives and research library and staff offices.
Projected to open in 2014
